Vision

To protect our nation’s youth from the horrors of drug abuse, using highly effective

Mission

To support and educate young people, their families and communities to prevent any use of illegal drugs and the irresponsible use of legal drugs

Educating the students regarding the ill- effects of drugs and alcohol, encouraging peer policing among students against the use of drugs and reporting of any noticed use of drugs by the students to the Anti-Drug Committee / Students Welfare Office are also the duties of the committee.

  • To spread awareness to ensure a drug/ substance free campus
  • Motivate students to become volunteers of anti-drug activities in their life
  • Ensure no sale of drugs or alcohol in college premises
  • Educate the students about the evils of drug habit every month with the help of National Welfare Program, Youth Red Cross Society.
  • Selected students interested in drug eradication; and monitoring the activities of fellow students with the assistance of the professor.
  • To sensitize the students about the dangers of drug use and ways to prevent its use.
  • Monitoring the movement of outsiders not related to the college through the college outdoor camera.
  • Screening of films and documentaries highlighting the ill effects of drug use.
    Conducting art competitions among students
    Calling police and government officials to deliver special speeches
