Female Students Study In College

Alhaj Wavoo S. Seyed Abdur Rahman and his family founded the Wavoo Wajeeha Women's College of Arts and Science in Kayalpatnam in 2006 with the noble goal of bringing high-quality higher education to females in remote places where it was previously a privilege for a select few. The trust's goal was to help local Muslim women who were disadvantaged and disenfranchised by giving them an education and training that would enable them to become morally upright, culturally literate, socially responsible, intellectually sound, and technically proficient.
The renowned philanthropist Alhaj Wavoo S. Seyed Abdur Rahman is responsible for the college's originality since he tirelessly worked to meet the needs of the community by providing access to high-quality education. He also worked consistently hard and had experience in a variety of disciplines.
"Until and unless the women in the society are equally empowered, a nation won't become developed."
To provide quality higher education to all girls irrespective of caste or creed, especially those from the rural area and hailing from disadvantaged sections of the society such as the muslim and other minorities and also other weaker underpriviledged groups so that they become highly qualified, morally sound, socially disciplined and technically competent individuals.
To offer programmes at various levels including Certificate, Diploma, Degree and Postgraduate courses and to promote research, both pure and applied and also to provide extension services.
